My Onsite Support is a PC support & maintenance company who provide onsite pc support
for home users, PC manufacturers and distributors.

We have the largest team of engineers and cover the whole of the UK mainland.

All of our engineers are fully Microsoft certified and are also certified Dell engineers.

We provide you with support when you need it, so next time you have gremlins in your PC
just pick up the phone and give us a call and a fully qualified engineer will call at a time convenient to you to fix the problem.

We operate a no fix no fee policy, which simply means if we cannot solve the problem
then you have nothing to pay.

Please note that our no fix no fee policy does not apply when we provide you with the solution but you do not wish us to carry out thework required to solve the problem.

Peace Of Mind When You Need It

You can get your PC fully covered for a full year for a low fee of only £39.99
This entitles you to a visit from an engineer should you need it.

We operate 24 hours a day , 7 days a week , 365 days a year for your peace of mind.

As well at the prepayment option we also operate on an ADHOC basis.
Our charges are a flat rate of £35 per hour ( NO VAT Payable )

Business Support

For a low monthly fee you can cover the PC's & Servers in your office.
Our engineers hold various certifications for numerous operating systems including :
Red Hat Linux, Solaris, SuSe, OpenBSD & FreeBSD, Microsoft & also Cisco hardware.
